DÜŞÜNÜYORUM ÖYLEYSE P4C / I THİNK SO P4C

Projemizin amacı çocuklarla felsefe atölyeleri kapsamında varsayımları sorgulatan, akıl yürüten, nitelikli düşünme ve yargıda bulunma becerisi kazandıran düşünme etkinlikleri oluşturmaktır. Bununla birlikte akademik felsefenin uzaklaştıran tutumuna ve gündelik felsefenin kafa karışıklığı yaratan tutumuna karşı yeni bir yol/yöntem arayışına çıkmaktır. Bu yolculuğumuzda Lipman’ın her bir sınıfın soruşturan topluluğa dönüşmesini teklif eden şu sözleri eşlik ediyor “Soruşturma, önemli görülen sorunların dikkatli bir biçimde araştırılması ve incelenmesidir. İster sanat, ister biyoloji, ister tarih sınıfı olsun, her biri soruşturan topluluk ilkesiyle hareket etmelidir; her bir soruşturma nehre atılan bir taş, her soruşturan topluluk da atılan taşın etkisiyle yayılan, birbirini etkileyen ve büyüten halkalar olmalıdır.” (Lipman, Philosophy Goes to School,s.20.) Açık, kapsayıcı ve çoğulcu bir toplumda barış içinde yaşama arzusunun gerçekleşmesi,nitelikli düşünme ve yargıda bulunma becerisine erişebilmeye yönelik izler taşır.

The aim of our project is to create thinking activities that make children question assumptions, reason, and gain qualified thinking and judgment skills within the scope of philosophy workshops. Moreover, it is to search for a new way/method against the alienating attitude of academic philosophy and the confusing attitude of everyday philosophy.

In this journey, we are accompanied by Lipman's words, which propose that each class turn into an inquiring community: "Inquiry is the careful investigation and examination of problems deemed important. Whether it is art, biology or history class, each of them should act with the principle of the inquiring community; "Each investigation should be a stone thrown into the river, and each investigating community should be circles that spread, influence and enlarge each other under the influence of the stone thrown." (Lipman, Philosophy Goes to School, p.20.) Realization of the desire to live in peace in an open, inclusive and pluralistic society,It carries traces of achieving qualified thinking and judgment skills.
